Please bring the complete set of diagnostic documents: the pathology report (biopsy result and, if done, molecular or genetic testing); imaging reports and the actual images on a CD or USB drive (CT, MRI, PET-CT scans); blood test results; and the proposed treatment plan from your current treating centre. If your child's treating team has pathology slides (tissue blocks), please ask them to prepare a set for you to bring — our pathologists can re-read them during the consultation.
