The difference between settings is not usually image quality — it is who reads the image afterwards, what context they bring to the reading, and what happens once the report is done. A high-quality image read without context still leaves the interpretation work to whoever sees you next.

A radiologist who has access to your prior scans and your treatment history will write findings against a known baseline — noting what is new, what is smaller, what has resolved — rather than describing each finding in isolation.
