Yes. CMRF and Aarogyasri are separate schemes and you can benefit from both. Aarogyasri has a per-family limit and does not cover every treatment. If your treatment falls outside Aarogyasri's scope or your limit is exhausted, CMRF can cover the remaining cost. Bring your Aarogyasri card and any limit-exhausted or rejection letters when you apply — they help establish your financial need.

There is no published fixed income cut-off for CMRF cancer applications. The scheme is intended for families facing genuine financial hardship, and an income certificate from your Tahsildar or MRO is what establishes that need. The Collector's office assesses each case individually. If you are unsure whether your income makes you ineligible, apply anyway and let the Collector's office make that determination.

There is no guaranteed timeline, and processing varies between districts. In straightforward cases, families report receiving a decision within several weeks. An application forwarded by an MLA or MP with a covering letter tends to be acknowledged faster. Follow up with the Collector's office if you have heard nothing after a month, and ask for a written acknowledgement when you first submit your documents.
